1. Who publishes this site

2. What the site is

The site publishes editorial information about a video game. It is informational. It is not advice, and it is not an offer to sell anything. No contract of sale is concluded between you and BAUSTANDARD s.r.o. through this site, because nothing is sold on it.

3. Access

The site is offered free of charge and without registration. There is no account to create, no form to submit and no newsletter to subscribe to. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

4. Partner links and advertising

The site carries partner links. If you follow one and register with the advertiser, BAUSTANDARD s.r.o. may be paid a commission. Every such link is labelled “partner link” and carries the attribute rel="sponsored nofollow noopener". Following one costs you nothing extra. See the advertising disclosure.

Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser. BAUSTANDARD s.r.o. is not a party to it, does not process your payment, and has no control over the advertiser's prices, terms, availability or conduct.

6. Accuracy and the developer's information prevails

We take care to be accurate and we publish a corrections procedure. Nevertheless, a video game changes constantly. Where anything on this site diverges from the game developer's own published information, the developer's information prevails. Nothing here should be relied on as a specification, a price or a guarantee of how the game will behave.

The text and the original diagrams are the copyright of BAUSTANDARD s.r.o.. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish the site wholesale or present our diagrams as your own. Third-party trademarks named on the site remain the property of their owners.

The site is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, BAUSTANDARD s.r.o. is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, to gain unauthorised access to it, or to scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers. Ordinary indexing by search engines is welcome and is governed by our robots.txt.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one in force, and it carries the date on which it was last changed.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. Since nothing is sold on this site, no consumer sales contract arises from it. If you nevertheless consider yourself a consumer in a dispute with us, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) is the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in the Czech Republic.
